When will my pie arrive?

We send out pies nationally every Wednesday for delivery Thursday/Friday. You can track your parcel at www.apc-overnight.com/receiving-a-parcel/tracking.

We can not give a definite delivery time but deliveries will be between 9.00am and 5.00pm and it is your responsibility to make sure there is someone in to accept your order.

 

Locally we deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays.

How is my pie delivered?

All our pies are sent out in polystyrenes boxes with dry ice to last for at least 48 hours.

We ship via APC overnight courier service and aim to deliver within 2 business days from baking.

How much is the delivery?

Postage and packing is £8.99 for all national deliveries.

We deliver locally free of charge within 5 m radius.

You are also welcome to collect your pie on Wednesday or Friday from our bakery.

What happens when I am not in to accept my parcel?

As our products are perishable, APC overnight courier service will try to leave in safe place or with neighbour. Please specify your preference in “ORDER NOTES (OPTIONAL)” at checkout.

I live locally. Can I collect from the bakery?

You are welcome to collect from our bakery on Wednesday or Friday or if you live within 5m radius we can deliver free of charge on Wednesday or Friday.

I don't have Paypal account. Can I still order a pie?

Yes.

Our Paypal checkout offers an option to pay by any card without having to log in.

If in doubt we can also take payments over the phone.

How long will my pie last?

Our pies have 7 days shelf life from baking.

Once they arrive at your doorstep they will keep 5-6 days in the fridge.

Will my pie freeze?

All our pies freeze for up to 3 months. Just double wrap them first and then defrost them overnight in the fridge.

Is my pie cooked?

All our pies arrive cooked and ready to eat. They can be reheated.

Can I reheat my pie?

Yes, of course!

Small Pies

To warm up a small pie, place it in a preheated oven (170°C or gas mark 4) for 10-15 minutes.

Medium Pies

To warm up a medium pie, place it in a preheated oven (170°C or gas mark 4) for 15-20 minutes.

Large Pies

To warm up a large pie, place it in a preheated oven (170°C or gas mark 4) for 20-25 minutes.

Extra Large Pies

To warm up an extra large pie pie, place it in a preheated oven (170°C or gas mark 4) for 20-25 minutes.

Pasty’s and Sausage rolls

To warm up a pasty or sausage roll, place it in a preheated oven (170°C or gas mark 4) for 15-20 minutes.

Can I pre order my pie for special occasion?

Yes, of course!

Place your order as usual and add when you would like to receive it in “ORDER NOTES (OPTIONAL)”.

It's a present. Can I add a message to my Pie?

We are happy to add a personalised, printed note to your order. Just add it to ” ORDER NOTES (OPTIONAL)” at checkout.
