  • Pork & Pickle with Creamy Wensleydale Top
    Zesty pork and pickle meat with a creamy white Wensleydale top. Made in hot water pastry with jelly.
  • Steak & Stilton
    Slow cooked, chunky steak in gravy with crumbed, blue stilton in shortcrust pastry.
  • Wild Boar
    Mouth watering minced wild boar, topped with jelly. Made in hot water pastry.

    Traditional Pork Pie with boiled egg centre. Made in hot water pastry with jelly.
  • Pork, Chicken and Chestnut stuffing Top
    Layer of pork meat followed by sliced chicken breast and chestnut stuffing. Truly Christmassy. Made in hot water pastry with jelly. Can be served hot or cold.

To warm up a large pie, place it in a preheated oven (170°C or gas mark 4) for 20-25 minutes.

To this day all the pies are still handmade on the original premises in Shelf, Halifax, West Yorkshire and use the finest ingredients.

All pies have a minimum shelf life of 5 days and can be frozen for up to 3 months.
